This package is designed for couples who have already organised most of their wedding plans but want the reassurance of professional coordination and support to ensure everything comes together beautifully on the day.
From 4–6 weeks before your wedding, I’ll step in to review all your confirmed suppliers, finalise timelines, communicate with vendors, and make sure everyone is on the same page. You’ll also gain access to our wedding management software, where all your details, contacts, and schedules are kept in one easy place.
Think of this as your finishing touch — where all your hard work meets expert execution.
You can relax, enjoy your guests, and savour every Italian moment knowing that someone experienced (and bilingual!) is handling the details behind the scenes.
Optional add-ons are available if you’d like to extend support to include venue visits, rehearsal coordination, or extra on-the-day assistants.
